CLUB PASS
This pass is automatically issued when purchasing training memberships below. It is required and will cover one adult participation waiver and terms of use for a period of 1 year. Youth players must have a parent/guardian sign a waiver through the registration process before arriving for your first visit. By registering for any of our training passes, you agree to be an official member of Futsal Underground. Membership allows you access to purchase any combination of recreational amenities so long as you uphold good sportsmanship and follow all rules of conduct.
